Exchange Policy
CALL.LK online exchange policy
You have 7 days from the shipping date to inform us about the exchange, to select a new Call.lk item
An additional Rs.300 for Colombo District or Rs.350 for other Districts will be charged for the exchange order, which will take within 14 days after your request for an exchange has been placed.
Remember:
-Returned items must be UNUSED, UNDAMAGED, WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED ALONG WITH THE INVOICE
-You can’t make more than one exchange request at the same time for the same order
-You can ONLY exchange item to another item of same value or more paying the extra amount
-There will not be any cash refunds, product exchange only
Order Cancellation
A Customer can opt to cancel order within 1 hour for the order placed either online or by calling our customer service and receive refund of advance paid if any in accordance with our return & refund policy.
www.call.lk reserves the right to cancel any order if it suspects any fraudulent transaction by a customer / vendor or breaches the terms & conditions of using www.call.lk .
Return & Refunds
www.call.lk practices no cash back & we don’t refund money. No exchange of items. However we will give a coupon or loyalty points that amounts to the order that has been placed which you can use for your future order placements. If the transaction is based on COD (Cash On Delivery) and if the customer wants to resend order to us, customer must bear the return courier fee.
